Education:
In 1986, she graduated from the Kyiv Institute of Trade and Economics, majoring in “Commodity Science and Organization of Food Trade”.
In 1990, she graduated from the Moscow Order of Friendship of Peoples Cooperative Institute of the Central Union, majoring in “Teaching the subject of commodity science of food products”.
In 2015, she graduated from the Vinnytsia University of Finance and Economics, majoring in “Organizational Management”.
Author of over 50 scientific and scientific-methodical works. Has two patents for utility model No. 34525 “Method of producing salad “Yalynka” with seaweed (kelp)” and No. 34526 “Method of producing salad with cauliflower and cystozira”. Registered in the State Register of Patents of Ukraine for Inventions on 11.08.2008.
