He received his higher education at Vinnytsia Polytechnic Institute.
He worked at the Vinnytsiaenergo production association. From 1990 to 1995 he was engaged in the automation of hydroelectric power plants in Angola and Syria. Since 2000 – a lecturer at Vinnytsia University of Finance and Economics.
In 2010 he was awarded the academic title of Associate Professor at the Department of Economic Cybernetics. Author of more than 10 copyright certificates and patents, as well as more than 30 scientific and methodological works.
