Management

Management is a specialty aimed at training for the implementation of managerial, organizational, commercial, analytical and scientific research activities using modern methods and principles of management at enterprises and organizations of various fields of activity. Students are provided with the development of the qualities necessary for: making and implementing well-founded complex management decisions regarding planning, organization, motivation, control, regulation, dissemination of information; implementing marketing, foreign economic, information and analytical, logistics, technological, research, innovation, investment, coordination and integration activities; establishing and implementing communication.

Learning objectives: training specialists capable of solving practical problems and complex specialized tasks characterized by complexity and uncertainty of conditions in the field of management of organizations and their divisions.

As a result of studying the specialty, the student acquires such competencies as:

  • Ability to apply knowledge in practical situations
  • Knowledge and understanding of the subject area and understanding of professional activity
  • Ability to analyze the results of the organization’s activities, compare them with factors influencing the external and internal environment
  • Ability to manage the organization and its divisions through the implementation of management functions
  • Ability to work in a team and establish interpersonal interaction when solving professional tasks
  • Application of management methods to ensure the effectiveness of the organization’s activities
  • Ability to plan the organization’s activities and manage time
  • Understand the principles and norms of law and use them in professional activities
