The teaching staff of the college consists of highly qualified teachers who have appropriate professional education, significant pedagogical experience and constantly improve their professional level. Teachers provide high-quality training for applicants for professional pre-higher education in accordance with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine “On Professional Pre-Higher Education” and modern educational standards. The teaching staff includes teachers of special and general education disciplines who train students in economic, management and legal areas. A significant part of the teachers has a higher qualification category, pedagogical titles, scientific degrees or significant practical experience in the relevant fields. College teachers actively implement modern teaching methods: interactive technologies, problem-based learning, case method, business games, project activities and the use of digital educational resources, which contributes to increasing the efficiency of the educational process and the formation of students’ professional competencies.
