Candidate of Law, Associate Professor.
In 2005, he graduated from the Interregional Academy of Personnel Management with a degree in “Jurisprudence” and received the qualification of a lawyer. In 2015, he defended his PhD thesis at the National University of the State Tax Service of Ukraine of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine and received the scientific degree of Candidate of Law with a degree in “Administrative Law and Process; Financial Law; Information Law”. He is the author and co-author of more than 20 scientific papers and methodological recommendations, and is a co-author of scientific manuals.
